Spinder ("we", "us") is operated by Fern Media Group, Naples, Florida. Spinder connects businesses with independent sign spinners, sign holders and sign dancers. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account: your email address, used to sign you in with a one-time code and to send you updates about your requests. It is never shown to other users.
• Performer profile (performers only): the name, city, bio, hourly rate, availability, travel distance, photos and video you choose to publish. Your ZIP code is used to describe your travel area and is never shown to clients.
• Business details (clients only): the business or agent name and job details you enter in a booking request, which are shared with the performer you contact. Waitlist sign-ups store your business name, chosen area and email.
• Reviews: reviews you write are shown on the performer's profile with the business name you entered.
• Safety: reports you submit and users you block.
• Subscription (clients, when available): whether your client access is active, based on a receipt from Apple. We never see your payment details; Apple handles billing.
• Device data: ordinary technical information needed to run the service (such as request logs). We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

To run the marketplace: show performer profiles to clients in their area, deliver booking requests and replies, send sign-in codes and request updates by email, enforce blocks, review reports, and confirm client access.

Sharing

Performer profiles are visible to signed-in clients in the performer's search region. Booking requests are shared only between the client and the performer involved. We use Supabase (hosting and database), Resend (email delivery) and Apple (subscriptions). We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You can edit or unpublish your profile at any time. Delete my account in the app removes your profile, media, requests, reviews and sign-in permanently. Questions or requests: [email protected].
