By using Spinder you agree to these terms.

  1. What Spinder is. Spinder is a directory and messaging service that introduces businesses ("clients") to independent sign spinners, sign holders and sign dancers ("performers"). Spinder is not an employer, agency or party to any job. Performers set their own rates and terms.
  2. Between you and them. Clients and performers agree on dates, rates, travel, sign supply, cancellation and payment directly. Spinder does not process payment for performances and does not guarantee availability, performance quality or payment.
  3. Client access. Browsing is free. Sending booking requests requires an active client plan, sold as an auto-renewing App Store subscription ($29.99/month) once available in your area. There is no free trial. Billing, renewal and cancellation are handled by Apple through your Apple ID settings. Performer listings are free.
  4. Your content. You must have the right to share the photos and video you upload and they must show you. Keep profiles truthful. No harassment, discrimination, spam or unlawful use.
  5. Safety. You can block or report anyone. We may remove content or accounts that break these terms.
  6. Availability. Spinder is provided as is. We may change or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.
  7. Age and location. You must be 18 or older. Spinder is offered in the United States, excluding Florida, in the metropolitan areas listed in the app.
